Not available means that the artwork was in our offer but is currently not available.
Available on backorder means that the artwork is in our offer but is not in the gallery’s stock, it may be currently on display at an exhibition. If you are interested in this work, please contact us.

The prices of the artworks are given in PLN (including VAT). We prefer payment by bank transfer, but also accept cash.

Please include the following information in the transfer title: title and author of the artwork, artwork ID, number of the auction item (in case of an auction).
We usually deliver the works within a maximum of 5 working days after payment is credited. If we are unable to deliver within the expected delivery time, we will contact you to inform you of the expected delivery date.
We pack purchased works of art with care and with consideration of the shipping conditions. If, however, the packaging of the work bears visible signs of damage, or the packaged work has been damaged, you must:
a) prepare a written report of the damage to the parcel in the presence of the courier or by other means accepted by the courier concerned,
b) file a claim with the courier, following the general conditions of carriage of the respective carrier,
c) inform us about the circumstances in electronic form at the following e-mail address: biuro@galeriabohema.pl.
You may return the purchased artwork within 14 days from the date of receipt, without giving any reason, by sending a written statement by email to: biuro@galeriabohema.pl. The artwork should then be sent back to the address: Bohema Adam Łuczak, Środkowa Street 12, 03-430 Warsaw, Poland. We will return the amount paid, less shipping costs, within 7 days of the reception of the parcel by the gallery provided that the artwork bears no signs of use or damage.
Yes. However, when crossing the border with a work of art, you may need to show customs a certificate of authenticity, which we issue for every work of art purchased in our gallery.
The personal data you leave for us is not traded. We collect and process it only to the extent necessary for the performance of sales, valuation, binding, commission contracts, handling of complaints and other requests, as well as for tax, accounting purposes as required by law.
